Marriott International announced that the Moxy Chelsea hotel will open in New York City’s Flower District this fall.

The new property is a 37-story high-rise with 349 rooms and was designed by the architectural firm Stonehill Taylor. The building itself sports an industrial façade and a greenhouse-style atrium. The lobby will feature several art installations including a LED display that flashes a variety of random phrases at passing guests.

The rooms feature ten-foot high ceilings, wall-to-wall windows, and multiple whimsical touches. Bathrooms will feature stall showers with rainfall showerheads.

Dining opportunities within the hotel will include a café, restaurant, pastry shop, a lounge offering gourmet Italian street food, and a cocktail bar. There will also be a glass-topped rooftop lounge.
