Hyatt to Reflag Hyatt in Abu Dhabi as Andaz Capital Gate

DSC_0310Hyatt Hotels announced plans to reflag the Hyatt Capital Gate Abu Dhabi to the Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, marking the Andaz brand’s entry in the Middle East.

The reflagging is expected to be complete by the end of 2018.

The Andaz will have 189 guestrooms and suites on the 18th to 33rd floors of the Capital Gate building, also known as the Leaning Tower of Abu Dhabi, a skyscraper in Abu Dhabi that features an 18° departure from the vertical. The building opened in 2011.

Each room will feature floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for unparalleled views of the city and guests will receive the locally designed Andaz Loungewear.  The hotel will offer to multiple restaurants and bars, an art gallery, a spa, and a rooftop swimming pool on the property and is adjacent to the city’s National Exhibition Center, a major conference venue.
