Chefs from Around the Country to Converge at Chef Fest 2018 at Four Seasons Hualalai

IMG_1479 (1)Four Seasons announced the lineup of chefs for Chef Fest 2018 at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii.

The event will take place between September 17 and 20, and will feature dinners, interactive cooking classes, and various culinary experiences.

The lineup of chefs from around the country include: Hugh Acheson, chef and owner of various restaurants in Atlanta; Michael Cimarusti, chef and owner of three restaurants in Los Angeles; Craig Dryhurst, executive chef at the Four Seasons Resort Maui; Chris Ford, executive pastry chef at the Beverly Wilshire hotel in Los Angeles; Kalani Garcia, executive pastry cheff at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai; Charles Phan, chef and owner of various restaurants in San Francisco and Oakland; and Jason McLeod, chef and partner at seven establishments in San Diego.

The four-day event will also include a coffee talk with the chefs, specialty wine tastings, a beach cookout, and a gala dinner.
