The carrier now offers its Air Canada Satellite Wi-Fi, provided by in-flight Wi-Fi supplier Gogo, on its Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. Passengers can use the high-speed service to stream TV and movies during their flight.

The service is also currently available on Air Canada Rouge’s narrow-body fleet.

Air Canada said that it plans to install the satellite Wi-Fi on its entire fleet, as well as the remainder of its Air Canada Rouge fleet, by the middle of next year.

Passengers can choose a variety of packages for the service while in flight, and Air Canada is currently offering a special introductory price of $5 on its Boeing 777-300ERs through August 31.
