Air Canada Begins Montreal-Lisbon Route
Air Canada announced the launch of new seasonal non-stop flights between Montreal and Lisbon. The service will be operated three times a week by Air Canada Rouge.
Flights are scheduled to depart Montreal at 8:46 p.m. on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and arrive in Lisbon at 8:10 a.m. the following morning. From Lisbon, flights will depart at 9:45 a.m. on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, arriving back in Montreal at 12:10 p.m. the same day.
The Boeing 767-300ER aircraft used on the route are equipped with 24 seats in Premium Rouge, 36 seats in Rouge Plus, the carrier’s premium economy lite section, and 219 seats in economy. Seats in Premium Rouge are 18.5” wide and have a pitch of 37”.
Air Canada plans to begin service to ten new destinations from Montreal this year, namely London, Windsor, and Victoria, Canada; Tokyo-Narita; Phoenix, Pittsburgh, and Baltimore, United States; Dublin, Ireland; Lisbon, Portugal, and Bucharest, Romania, which the airline inaugurated earlier this month.
