Air Canada Begins Montreal-Bucharest Route

Air Canada announced the launch of new seasonal service between Montreal and Bucharest, Romania. The carrier will operate two flights a week, using Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.

Flights are scheduled to depart Montreal at 6 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays and arrive in Bucharest at 9:55 a.m. the following morning. From Bucharest, flights will depart at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays, and arrive in Montreal at 4:20 p.m.

Air Canada Rouge will operate the route, with flights ongoing through October 5.

The Boeing 767-300ER aircraft used on the route are equipped with 24 seats in Premium Rouge, 36 seats in Rouge Plus, the carrier’s premium economy lite section, and 219 seats in economy. Seats in Premium Rouge are 18.5” wide and have a pitch of 37”.
