Delta to Begin Boston-Philadelphia Route

DSC_0498Delta Air Lines announced plans to launch new daily service between Boston and Philadelphia on October 1. Flights will be operated by Delta Connection carrier Endeavor Air.

Flights are scheduled to depart Boston’s Logan International Airport at 6:45 a.m., 11:05 a.m., 1:50 p.m., and 6:35 p.m., arriving at Philadelphia International Airport at 8:23 a.m., 12:49 p.m., 3:41 p.m., and 8:10 p.m., respectively. From Philadelphia, flights are scheduled to depart at 9 a.m., 1:25 p.m., 4:20 p.m., and 8:45 p.m., and arrive in Boston at 10:30 a.m., 2:53, 5:54 p.m., and 10:29 p.m.

Delta will use Bombardier CRJ-900 aircraft equipped with 12 seats in first class, 20 seats in Delta Comfort+, the carrier’s premium economy lite section, and 44 in economy. First-class seats are 19.6” wide and have a pitch of 37”.

Delta also plans to launch Boston-Las Vegas service on October 1. Philadelphia and Las Vegas will be the carrier’s 50th and 51st destinations from Beantown.
