New Even Hotels Open in Sarasota, Eugene

InterContinental Hotels Group announced the opening of two new Even hotels, in Sarasota, Florida and Eugene, Oregon.

The Even Hotel Sarasota – Lakewood Ranch has 128 guestrooms and four suites. The property also has 2,556 square feet (238 square meters) of meeting and event space.

The hotel is located eight miles (12 kilometers) Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport, and is the first of the brand’s properties in Florida.

The Even Hotel Eugene is located near downtown Eugene, one mile (1.6 kilometers) from the Autzen Stadium, home field of the University of Oregon football team. The hotel has 100 guestrooms and two suites.

The property also has 1,061 square feet (98 square meters) of meeting and event space.

Even Hotels promote fitness and health, and focus on the health-conscious traveler by helping guests stay active and eat healthier meals during their stays. Guestrooms typically feature a separate private gym-like area with a foam roller, yoga mat, yoga block, core exercise ball, and mounted fitness wall as well as access to several hundred fitness-focused videos.
