New American Express Lounge to Open at Melbourne Airport

DSC_0284American Express announced plans to open a new lounge at Melbourne Airport in Australia on March 27.

The lounge will be managed by Plaza Premium, and will share some common facilities, including toilets and kitchens with Plaza Premium’s own lounge at the airport, which is opening the same day.

The American Express lounge will feature coffee and a buffet, as well as drinks, including alcoholic beverages, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Passengers with select American Express cards including the American Express Explorer card, the Qantas American Express Ultimate card, and the American Express Velocity Platinum card will have access to the lounge. Cardholders can be accompanied by two adult guests and children between the ages of two and seventeen.
