Hainan Airlines to Launch Beijing-Dublin-Edinburgh Flights

Hainan Airlines announced that it plans to begin new Beijing-Edinburgh-Dublin service on June 12.

Flights are scheduled to depart Beijing at 1:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Saturdays and arrive in Edinburgh, Scotland at 6 a.m. Flights will then depart for Dublin, Ireland at 8 a.m. and arrive at 9:10 a.m. Flights from Dublin to Beijing will depart at 11:10 a.m. and arrive at 5 a.m. the next morning.

On Thursdays and Sundays, flights will depart from Beijing, headed for Dublin, at 1:30 a.m., and will arrive at 6 a.m. From Dublin, flights will depart for Edinburgh at 8 a.m. and arrive at 9:10 a.m. Flights from Edinburgh to Beijing will depart at 11:10 a.m. and arrive at 5 a.m. the next morning.

The carrier will operate the new route using Airbus A330 aircraft.

The new routes are the first non-stop from Beijing to both Dublin and Edinburgh.
