DSC_0591American Airlines announced a collaboration with two chefs that will lead to new dining options in business class on flights from Auckland, Sydney, and Tokyo.

On flights from Auckland and Sydney, the airline will feature menus by Chef Sean Connolly, who is known for his TV shows and cookbooks in the region. His menus will include a small plate, a salad, a choice of four entrees, and dessert based on his focus on multicultural dining.

Flights from Narita and Haneda airports in Tokyo will feature the menus of Chef Jun Kurogi, the owner of Kurogi Shiba Daimon Tokyo. The menus will be designed in collaboration with Japan Airlines, American’s joint venture partner in the Pacific.

The move follows the debut of the airline’s new wine consultant, Bobby Stuckey, owner and master sommelier of Frasca Food and Wine Group in Boulder, Colorado.
