Air China to Launch Beijing-Panama City via Houston

IMG_3681Air China announced it plans to offer service between Beijing and Panama City with an intermediate stop in Houston, Texas.

The move follows the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Panama in 2017.

The Beijing-based carrier will operate the flights using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The 777 is equipped with eight fully lie-flat seats in the first-class cabin and 22 fully lie-flat seats in business.

Flights will operate on Thursdays and Sundays and depart Beijing at 7:40 a.m. local time and arrive in Houston at 8:20 a.m. the same day. The continuing service to Panama will depart Houston at 10:50 a.m. and arrive in Panama City at 2:30 p.m.

Return flights will operate on Thursdays and Sundays as well and will depart Panama City at 4:30 p.m. local time and arrive in Houston at 8:15 p.m. Continuing service to Beijing will depart Houston at 1 a.m. the following day and arrive in Beijing at 4:50 a.m. the day after that.
