Air Canada to Begin Calgary-Palm Springs, Edmonton-Las Vegas Routes

IMG_0597Air Canada announced plans to launch new daily seasonal service from Calgary to Palm Springs, California as well as from Edmonton to Las Vegas.

Both flights will start on October 28 this year and operate through April 30, 2019.

The carrier will operate the Calgary-Palm Springs route using Airbus A320 aircraft, while Air Canada rouge will operate flights between Edmonton and Las Vegas using Airbus A319 aircraft.

The carrier also announced plans to increase its frequency on routes from Vancouver and Calgary. On October 28, the airline will increase flights between Vancouver and Phoenix from four times a week to daily service, and between Vancouver and Palm Springs from three times a week to daily flights.

Also on October 28, Air Canada will increase its Calgary-Los Cabos service from once weekly to three times a week through April 28 of 2019. This will be followed by an increase of once weekly to three times weekly flights on the carrier’s Calgary-Puerto Vallarta route on November 3, with the extra flights lasting through April 30 of next year.
