Mandarin Oriental Debuts “Fans of M.O.” Guest Loyalty Program
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group announced the launch of its Fans of M.O. guest recognition program.
Membership in the program, which is not a traditional loyalty program, is free. Benefits include complimentary Wi-Fi and a welcome amenity as well as invitations to special events and for unique experiences, regardless of how the stay is booked.
In addition, travelers booking on the Mandarin Oriental website also receive two additional benefits per stay, with a choice of early check-in or late check-out, daily breakfast, a dining or spa credit, or a room upgrade.
Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group was founded in 1963, although it traces its origins back to the 1863 opening of the Oriental hotel in Bangkok. It operates hotels in 27 countries including China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
