Southwest To Begin New San Antonio, Oakland, Caribbean Routes

DSC_0819Southwest Airlines announced its 2018 summer schedule. New flights include service to San Antonio, Texas and Oakland, California, as well as service to Mexico and the Caribbean.

Beginning July 8, 2018, Southwest will offer non-stop daily service between San Antonio and both Oakland and Fort Lauderdale. On July 15, the carrier will begin daily non-stop flights from Oakland to Indianapolis, Minneapolis, and Orlando.

New international routes include Houston-Grand Cayman, and Pittsburgh and Raleigh to Cancun, all scheduled to begin on June 9. On June 10, the carrier will launch service between Baltimore and Nassau in the Bahamas.

Additional seasonal routes will include Boise-Dallas, Denver-Panama City, Florida, and Tulsa-Orlando, all beginning on June 9.
