SriLankan Airlines Begins Colombo-Melbourne Route

IMGP4629SriLankan Airlines announced the launch of new daily, non-stop service between Colombo, Sri Lanka and Melbourne, Australia.

The carrier will operate the route using Airbus A330 aircraft.

Flights are scheduled to depart Colombo’s Bandaranaike International airport at 11:50 p.m. and arrive at Melbourne Airport at 3:25 p.m. Flights from Melbourne to Colombo will depart at 4:55 p.m. and arrive at 10:15 p.m.

SriLankan Airlines’ Airbus A330s are equipped with 26 lie-flat seats in business class and 269 seats in economy. Seat width in business class is 21”.
