IMG_8400 (1)Skyhour introduced its eponymous service Monday.

The company offers a gifting platform for air travel, allowing individuals to purchase flight hours for $60 per hour. The service was in beta until recently.

One Skyhour is equivalent to one hour of flight time. The service is accessible via an app and the company’s website.

Skyhour was funded by JetBlue Technology Ventures, the investment arm of JetBlue Airways, which is also one of the options Skyhour recipients can select for travel.

Recipients of Skyhours can book passage on over 400 carriers including Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways, Delta Air Lines, Emirates, JetBlue, and TAP Portugal.
