A new research study from GlobeRunner Insights, in partnership with Frequent Business Traveler, explains what shapes consumer behavior in making travel purchases and provides a in-depth review of customer behavior as well as customer loyalty when making airline and hotel purchases.

The report – the 2018 GlobeRunner Insights Customer Insight and Loyalty Study for the Travel Industry – has uncovered significant new findings that help better understand what drives consumer behavior and what customer perceptions and understandings really are.

The report provides a look behind the curtain to explain why travelers make the choices they do.

Key points in the report include

  • What key issues the travel industry as a whole is failing to address
  • How travel companies are not meeting the minimum expectations of premium and business travelers
  • To what extent loyalty programs influence purchase decisions made by business travelers
  • Which health and lifestyle issues have a strong influence on travel decisions
  • What are the key trends in technology that impact travel purchases
  • How travelers view the use of social media when interacting with travel companies
  • Whether business travel will increase or decrease overall in 2018

The report is currently available at a special introductory price of $199 and departmental and enterprise licenses are available.
