Four Seasons Debuts New Chat Platform for Guest Service
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced the launch of Four Seasons Chat, a new messaging system that allows guests to interact with before, during, and after their stay.
Guests can use the system to ask for advice such as information on the city they are in, or to find dining and nightlife hotspots. The system can also be used to request personal services during a stay, such as making a dinner reservation, or ordering a drink from the poolside. It can be accessed via the Four Seasons App, Facebook Messenger, WeChat, or a text message.
“Four Seasons Chat ensures guests have access to our people at any time, for any need,” said Christian Clerc, president of worldwide operations at the hotelier.
Four Seasons Chat is currently available at 28 properties in the Americas, including in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Toronto, and Mexico City, as well as in 16 hotels in Europe and the Middle East, including cities such as Paris, Lisbon, Dubai, and Istanbul. The system be available in 72 hotels and 19 residencies by the end of the year, is expected to rollout across all Four Seasons properties by the end of 2018.
