Hyatt Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of the Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor. Located in the city’s Putuo District, the hotel is the seventh of the company’s properties to open in Shanghai.

The hotel is part of the city’s Global Harbor development, which includes a high-end shopping mall, an office tower, exhibition spaces, and restaurants. The property has 318 guestrooms, 26 of which are suites, each with a 65” LED TV and complimentary Internet.

Dining options at the hotel include Xiang Yue, the property’s signature Chinese restaurant; the Market Café, which offers an international à la carte menu; and the Lobby Lounge, which features teas, coffee, wines, and cocktails, as well as light snacks. In addition, the Bar offers craft cocktails and a selection of wines on the hotel’s 47th floor.

The hotel has over 27,900 square feet (2,600 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a 9,687-square-foot (900-square-meter) ballroom. Six meeting rooms are also located on the premises.
