Conrad Hotels and Resorts announced that it plans to open a new property in Fort Lauderdale next month. The Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach will be the second of the company’s hotels in Florida.

The property will have a beachfront location in Fort Lauderdale’s North Beach, and will offer 290 guestrooms, all of them suites.

Four dining options will be available for guests, including Terra Mare, which will feature tableside preparation; Cornucopia, which will have flatbreads, pastries, and organic juices. In addition, the hotel will have a pool and lobby bar.

The property’s heated fresh-water pool will have a 20,000-square-foot pool deck, with whirlpools, cabanas, and a fire pit. The hotel will also have a spa.

There will be 10,000 square feet (929 square meters) of meeting and event space, which will be able to accommodate up to 500 guests, including a 4,524-square-foot (420-square-meter) ballroom.
