Anton Pozeg to Return to Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich as Schwarzreiter Executive Chef
Kempinski Hotels announced that Chef Anton Pozeg will become the new executive chef at the Schwarzreiter Tagesbar and Restaurant at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski.
Pozeg was with the hotel from 2010 through 2012, when he was executive sous chef. He was most recently the executive chef at another Kempinski property, the restaurant Edvard at the Palais Hansen Kempinski in Vienna.
In Vienna, Pozeg helped earn Edvard a Michelin star, as well as 16 Gault-Millau points.
Pozeg was born and raised in Munich. Before becoming executive sous chef at the Schwarzreiter Tagesbar and Restaurant, he worked at both the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich as well as at the Hotel Atlantic Kempinski Hamburg.
