Norwegian to Link Austin and Chicago with London, Boston and Oakland with Paris
Norwegian Air announced on Wednesday multiple new routes to London and Paris from the United States.
The low-cost carrier will add service from both Austin and Chicago to London Gatwick and from Boston and Oakland to Paris. It will also add Newark, New Jersey-Paris alongside its existing New York to Paris flights out of John F. Kennedy International Airport and add two more weekly flights to its Los Angeles-Paris service.
With these additions, the Oslo-based carrier will offer non-stop service from 15 cities in the United States to 13 European destinations.
Flights from Newark to Paris will begin on February 28, 2018, flights to London Gatwick from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport will start on March 27, 2018, while Chicago O’Hare-London will start two days earlier on March 25. Flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport from Oakland International Airport will start on April 10, 2018 and Boston-Paris will launch on May 2.
In May, Norwegian announced plans to offer flights to Rome from three U.S. cities starting later this year.
