InterJet Begins Flights to Montreal from Mexico City, Cancun

IMGP4629InterJet, a Mexican low-cost carrier, announced the launch of new flights to Montreal from both Mexico City and Cancun on Thursday. The routes are the carrier’s first between Mexico and Canada.

Flights to Mexico City International Airport from Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport will depart at 10:30 p.m. on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and arrive at 2:50 a.m. the next morning. Return flights will depart at 1:15 a.m., also on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and arrive at 7:10 a.m.

Flights from Montreal to Cancun are scheduled to depart at 8:30 a.m. on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and arrive at Cancun International Airport at 12 noon. Flights from Cancun will depart at 3:35 p.m. and arrive at 9 p.m. on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

Interjet will operate the new routes using Airbus A320 aircraft. The planes are equipped with 150 seats in an all economy-class layout. Seats are 17” wide and have a pitch of 34”.
