Delta to Link Boston with Pittsburgh, New Orleans

DSC_5025Delta Air Lines announced that it will launch new twice-daily service between Boston and Pittsburgh on October 1 this year. In addition, the carrier plans to begin new seasonal Boston-New Orleans service on February 10, 2018, which will be offered through April 1.

Flights to Pittsburgh will depart Boston Logan International Airport at 8:10 a.m. and 7:55 p.m., arriving at Pittsburgh International Airport at 9:55 a.m. and 9:45 p.m., respectively. From Pittsburgh, flights are scheduled to depart at 6 a.m. and 6:40 p.m., and arrive back in Boston at 7:35 a.m. and 8:14 p.m.

The service will be operated by Delta Connection carrier Endeavor Air, using CRJ-900 aircraft.

The airline will also increase its weekend service from Boston to West Palm Beach and Fort Myers, Florida to daily flights. Delta will also increase its weekend service to Fort Lauderdale to twice daily.
