Lufthansa to Add More Destinations from Frankfurt, Munich

Lufthansa announced that it plans to offer new flights from both Frankfurt and Munich next summer, as well as increase its flights to existing destinations.

The carrier will begin service between Frankfurt and San Diego next year, with five weekly flights between the two cities.

From Munich, Lufthansa plans to begin new service to Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and Beijing. The carrier will use Airbus A380 aircraft to operate the new routes.

In addition, the airline said that it will resume its service between Munich and Singapore next summer. The carrier will offer five weekly flights between the two cities.

The airline also plans to increase frequency on its Munich-Chicago route, with ten weekly flights instead of seven beginning in summer 2018.
