Air China Begins Beijing-Zurich Flights
Air China announced the launch of new service between Beijing and Zurich, Switzerland. The airline will operate the route four times a week.
Flights are scheduled to depart Beijing at 2:35 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and arrive in Zurich at 7:25 a.m. From Zurich, flights will depart at 12:55 p.m. and arrive back in Beijing at 5:05 a.m. the next morning.
Air China will operate the route using Airbus A330-200 aircraft, equipped with 30 lie-flat seats in business class and 207 seats in economy. Business-class seats are 21” wide and have a pitch of 80”.
The carrier had operated the route several decades ago, but discontinued it in October 1999.
