Hyatt Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of a new property in Amsterdam. The Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is the first of the brand’s hotels to open in the city.

The property has 211 guestrooms, 15 of which are suites which range in size from 322 square feet (30 square meters) to 1,356 square feet (126 square meters). Each room is decorated with floral and botanical artwork inspired by the city’s botanical gardens and the Artis Amsterdam Royal Zoo.

Guests can dine at the hotel’s restaurant and bar, Mama Makan, which offers a fusion of Dutch and Indonesian cuisine. The property also has a 24-hour café-style market.

The hotel has over 5,565 square feet (517 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a 2,055-square-foot (191-square-meter) ballroom and three individual event rooms.

A sauna and 24-hour fitness center are also located on the premises.
