Hawaiian Airlines Reports Increase in March Traffic and Load Factor

IMGP4629Hawaiian Airlines announced operational results for March 2017.

The carrier’s total system traffic for the month was 1.32 billion RPMs, or revenue passenger miles, a 7.2% increase from 1.23 billion RPMs in March 2016.

Capacity, measured in ASMs, or available seat miles, was 1.55 billion, a 4.5% increase from 1.49 billion last year.

The carrier’s load factor for the month of March was 85%, 2.1 percentage points higher than 82.9% last March.
