Delta Adds to Private Jet Fleet

IMG_4579 (1)Delta Air Lines announced the addition of five new aircraft to Delta Private Jets, a wholly owned subsidiary of the carrier.

The airline added a Cessna Citation CJ3+, a light jet with a grey interior and leather seating. The aircraft also has onboard Wi-Fi and multiple power outlets, and will be based in Las Vegas.

In the midsize jet category, Delta added a Cessna Citation XLS, which can seat eight passengers with a combination of single seating and a bench. A citation Excel and Bombardier Learjet 45XR were also added to the fleet. The Citation and Excel will be part of the carrier’s floating fleet, while the Learjet will be based in Miami-Opa Locka, Florida.

Delta also added a Cessna Citation Sovereign± super midsize jet. The aircraft can seat eight passengers, has sleeping capacity for four, and offers Wi-Fi, multiple monitors, a DVD player, and a microwave.
