Alaska Airlines to Launch Orange County-Albuquerque Flights

IMG_4341Alaska Airlines announced that it will begin new daily service between Orange County, California and Albuquerque, New Mexico on August 18.

Flights will depart Orange County’s John Wayne Airport at 2:15 p.m. and arrive at Albuquerque International Sunport at 5:15 p.m. From Albuquerque, flights will depart at 12:25 p.m. and arrive in Orange County at 1:32 p.m.

Flights will be operated by Horizon Air, using Embraer E175 aircraft. Horizon’s E175s that will be used on the route are equipped with 12 seats in first class, 12 seats in premium economy, and 52 seats in economy.

Alaska launched its first service to Albuquerque in 2014, with flights from Seattle. The carrier also previously announced that it would begin service to the New Mexican city from Portland, Oregon, also on August 18 this year.
