Air China to Launch Shanghai-Barcelona Flights

DSC_0254 3Air China announced that it plans to begin new service between Shanghai and Barcelona, Spain, on May 5. The carrier will operate the route three times a week.

Flights will depart Barcelona-El Prat Airport at 12:30 p.m. and arrive in Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 6:40 a.m. the next morning. Flights from Shanghai to Barcelona will depart at 12:30 a.m. and arrive at 8 a.m. the same day.

The airline will operate the service using Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

The route will be Air China’s second to Barcelona, following service launched between Beijing and the Catalan city in May 2014.
