Air Canada to Link Tel Aviv with Montreal

DSC_4881Air Canada announced that it will begin new seasonal flights between Montreal and Tel Aviv, Israel, on June 22. The carrier also said that it would increase frequency on its Toronto-Tel Aviv route.

New flights will depart Montreal at 6:35 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays, arriving in Tel Aviv at 12:15 p.m. the next day. From Tel Aviv, flights are scheduled to depart at 1:55 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays, and arrive in Montreal at 6:20 p.m.

The carrier will operate the new service through October 16, using Airbus A330-300 aircraft. The planes are configured with 292 seats, including 27 pods in business class, 21 seats in premium economy, and 244 seats in economy.

In addition to its new service, Air Canada plans to increase its existing service between Toronto and Tel Aviv from six flights a week to daily flights.
