KLM to Offer Self-Service Kiosks for Crown Lounge Access in Amsterdam

Entrance to KLM’s Crown Lounge 25 at Amsterdam Schiphol

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines announced that it plans to install self-service stands at its KLM Crown Lounge 25 in Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.

To access the lounge, passengers can scan their boarding passes at either of the two electronic kiosks located at the entrance.

The lounge offers a variety of drinks and snacks, complimentary Wi-Fi, and shower facilities.

KLM’s Crown Lounge 25 is open to business- and first-class passengers, as well as SkyTeam Elite Plus members heading to or coming from a European destination on flights operated by a SkyTeam member airline.
