A former supermarket located in Long Island City, New York, will become the site of a dual-branded Hilton property in 2018.

The five-story structure will consist of a Homewood Suites and a Hampton Inn. The Homewood Suites property, which is one of Hilton’s long-stay brands, will comprise 102 guestrooms, while the Hampton Inn will have some 189 rooms.

The building will also include a shared roof deck, a lobby bar, meeting and event space, and a fitness center. There will also be 18,000 square feet of retail space located on the ground floor.

The building was previously a Western Beef, a low-cost supermarket chain operating mainly in the New York metropolitan area.
