Emirates to Launch Dubai-Athens-Newark Route

DSC_0102.client.1397312832.conflict (1)Dubai-based Emirates announced that it plans to launch new service linking Dubai with Athens and Newark on March 12.

Flights will depart Dubai at 10:50 a.m. and arrive in Athens at 2:25. From Athens, flights will depart at 4:40 p.m. and arrive in Newark at 10 p.m.

Flights from Newark are scheduled to depart at 11:45 p.m. and arrive in Athens at 3:05 p.m. the next day, continuing to Dubai with a departure of 5:10 p.m. and 11:50 p.m. arrival

The carrier will operate the route using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. Emirates’ 777-300ERs that will be used on the route are equipped with eight suites in first class, 42 seats in business class, and 310 seats in economy. First-class seats are 20.5” wide and have a pitch of 69”.
