Alaska Airlines Launches First West Coast-Havana Route

DSC_0684-EDAlaska Airlines announced the beginning of new service to Havana, Cuba from Los Angeles.

The service, which will be operated daily, will originate and end in Seattle.

Flights are scheduled to depart Seattle at 5 a.m. and arrive in Los Angeles at 7:39 a.m., where they will continue on to Havana at 8:50 a.m., arriving at 4:55 p.m. From Havana, flights will depart at 5:55 p.m. and arrive in Los Angeles at 8:45 p.m., and will continue back to Seattle at 11:45 p.m., arriving at 2:35 a.m. the next morning.

The flights are the first regularly scheduled commercial service from the West Coast to Havana.
