Brussels Airlines to Debut New Business-Class Menus

DSC_1526Brussels Airlines announced that it will be offering new menu items in its business-class cabin starting in January 2017.

Michelin-starred chef Yves Mattagne, who is the eighth Belgian Star Chef to design menus for the carrier, created the dishes.

The menu will rotate every month through June of next year.

Once the new year starts, the items will be available to passengers traveling in business class on flights to Africa, India, and the United States.
