Hyatt Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of a new property in São Paulo, Brazil. The Hyatt Place São Josédo Rio Preto is the first Hyatt Place property to open in the country.

The hotel has 152 guestrooms, each with a 43” HD TV and sofa. The property also offers complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the entirety of the hotel.

Guests can use the hotel’s 24-hour fitness center, and the property takes part in the brand’s odds and ends program, which allows guests to buy or borrow items that have been left or forgotten at the hotel.

Guests can order from an à la carte menu, as well as make selections at a gallery market that serves snacks and sandwiches. Both options are available 24 hours a day.

The hotel also offers guests a complimentary breakfast, as well as a bar featuring specialty coffees and beers.

The hotel features over 3,980 square feet (370 square meters) of meeting and event space.
