JetBlue Launches Flights to Holguín, Cuba

IMGP5613 (1)JetBlue Airways announced the start of new service to Holguín, Cuba on Thursday.

The carrier will operate daily flights to Holguín’s Frank País Airport from its hub at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood international Airport.

Holguín is the carrier’s third Cuban destination from Fort Lauderdale. JetBlue began flights to Santa Clara on August 31, and service to Camagüey on November 3. The airline will also begin service to Havana, the capital of Cuba, later this month.

Holguín is the fourth largest city in Cuba. It is located on the eastern part of the island, approximately 450 miles (724 kilometers) from Havana.
