Gett Announces ‘Gett Together’ SUV Ride-Sharing in New York

Ride-sharing service Gett announced Gett Together, a ride-sharing with pre-set routes intended for commuting to work.

The service, available in New York City, will be available at no charge for a limited time during its introduction. The company also offers $10 rides anywhere in Manhattan.

Previously known as GetTaxi, the company was founded in Israel in 2010 and Volkswagen acquired a controlling interest in the company in May 2016.

Gett offers ride-sharing services in four countries including over 80 cities, among them Coventry, Glasgow, London, Jerusalem, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Tel Aviv.
