Hyatt Hotels and Resorts announced the opening of a new property at Los Angeles International Airport. Previously the Concourse Hotel at Los Angeles Airport, the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport, which is currently open, is undergoing a $75 million renovation that is scheduled to be complete on January 1, 2017.

The hotel is located less than a block from Los Angeles International Airport. Guestrooms offer 55” flatscreen televisions, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi.

The property also has over 50,000 square feet (4,645 square meters) of meeting and event space, including a 14,000-square-foot (1,300-square-meter) ballroom. The hotel also plans to open two new dining options in the near future, namely Open Market, which will have grab-and-go salads and sandwiches, and Unity LA, an all-day restaurant.

As is traditional for airport hotels, the Hyatt offers guests complimentary shuttle service between the property and Los Angeles International Airport.
