Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced that it will open a new property in Miami, Florida next March. The company will completely renovate the city’s historic Surf Club to create the Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club.

The property will have 77 guestrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and accents of wood, brass, and white marble. The hotel also plans to offer residential suites with up to four bedrooms in the near future.

Laundry services will be available for guests, including one-hour pressing and overnight shoeshine. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the hotel.
