Austrian Airlines to Link Vienna with Los Angeles

DSC_0796Austrian Airlines announced that it will launch new service between Vienna and Los Angeles on April 10, 2017. The carrier will operate the service six days a week, using Boeing 777 aircraft.

Flights will depart Vienna International Airport at 10 a.m. local time every day except Sunday, and arrive at Los Angeles International Airport at 1:30 p.m. From Los Angeles, flights will depart at 3:05 p.m. every day except Sunday as well, and arrive in Vienna at noon the next day.

Austrian Airlines’ Boeing 777s are equipped with 48 lie flat seats in business class and 260 seats in economy class. Business-class seats are 19” wide and have a bed length of 78”.

With the addition of this new route, Austrian Airlines will offer up to 44 weekly non-stop flights from North America to Vienna next summer.
