American Airlines announced that it will offer meals designed by two celebrity chefs in premium cabins on select international flights. The new menus start September 1.

Chef Maneet Chauhan is an author and restaurateur, and has appeared on a variety of cooking television shows, such as Chopped, Next Iron Chef, the View, and Iron Chef America. Her dishes will include various twists on American classics, such as duck confit potpie, slow braised lamb osso buco and ancient kamut grain risotto.

Chef Mark Sargeant is a Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur. He designed a menu featuring a modern take on classic British dishes.

Chef Chauhan’s menu items will be available in premium cabins on all flights from the United States to both Europe and South America, while Chef Sargeant’s dishes will be offered in premium cabins on all flights from Europe to the United States.
