Uzbekistan Airways Takes Delivery of First Boeing 787 Dreamliner

DSC_0277 (1)Boeing announced that it delivered a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner to Uzbekistan Airways. The aircraft is the airline’s first Dreamliner.

The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner is a member of the Boeing 787 family, which also includes the 787-9 and the 787-10. The 787-8 has a range of 7,650 to 8,200 nautical miles (14,170 to 15,190 km), and can seat up to 210 passengers.

The Boeing 787 Dreamliner currently has 1,161 orders from 66 customers worldwide.

Uzbekistan Airways is the flag carrier of Uzbekistan. The airline currently has a fleet of 34 aircraft, including nine Boeing 767s and six 757s.
