Hilton Hotels announced the opening of the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Downtown. The property is the company’s fifth hotel in the Twin Cities.

The hotel is located in the city’s historic Plymouth Building in downtown Minneapolis’ central business and warehouse district. The building was formerly an office building, and underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation to become a Hilton property.

The all-suite hotel has 290 suites, each with a 49” TV, walk-in shower, microwave, minifridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Rooms also feature a wet bar with coffee and tea from the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

The property has over 12,600 square feet (1,170 square meters) of meeting and event space, including ten meeting rooms and a ballroom, as well as a 24-hour business center. A fitness center is also located on the premises.

Guests can dine at Lyon’s Pub, an English-style tavern featuring pub food and tap beers, as well as a lobby bar that offers grab-and-go coffee.

In celebration of the hotel’s opening, Hilton is offering members of its HHonors loyalty program 1,000 bonus points for qualifying stays between November 1, 2016 and April 30, 2017.
