Delta Air Lines announced that it will begin to offer dishes from North End Grill, Danny Meyer’s New American seafood restaurant, on westbound Delta One flights between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport and both Los Angeles and San Francisco International Airports on September 1.

The menu will feature some of the restaurant’s signature dishes such as pink sea trout with turnips and pearl onions, short rib cannelloni with port, black truffle, wild mushrooms, and parmesan, and classic opera cake. The menu items will be prepared daily at the Union Square Events kitchen.

Delta will offer the North End Grill menu through November 30. Menu items will change on the first of every month.

In addition to its offerings from North End Grill, the carrier announced that it will begin serving Jack’s Birthday Classic, a Jack and Coke cocktail, on all flights within North America on September 1, in honor of the 150th anniversary of the Jack Daniel Distillery.
