Alaska to Link Seattle with Wichita and Indianapolis

DSC_0333Alaska Airlines announced it will offer new daily service between Seattle and both Wichita, Kansas and Indianapolis, Indiana next spring. Flights to Wichita will begin on April 13, while flights to Indianapolis will commence on May 11, 2017.

Flights from Seattle to Wichita will depart at 11:55 a.m. and arrive at 5:13 p.m. From Wichita, flights are scheduled to depart at 6:10 p.m. and arrive in Seattle at 7:55 p.m. Alaska will operate the route using Embraer E175 aircraft.

Seattle-Indianapolis flights will depart Seattle at 9:55 a.m. and arrive in Indianapolis at 5:10 p.m. Flights from Indianapolis will depart at 6:10 p.m. and arrive back in Seattle at 7:59 p.m. The airline will use Boeing 737 aircraft to operate the service.

When the new routes begin, Alaska Airlines will offer 20 daily flights to a total of nine Midwest cities, including Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Omaha.
