Air Canada announced Tuesday the start of service between Glasgow, Scotland, and Toronto.

Operated by Air Canada rouge, thrice-weekly non-stop seasonal service to Glasgow will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, with return flights operating Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

The airline will operate the route using Boeing 767-300ERs with Premium Rouge and coach cabins.   The Premium Rouge cabin offers 24 recliner seats in a 2-2-2 configuration. Each seat is 18.5” wide with a seat pitch of 37”.

The new service is the Canadian flag carrier’s second route to Scotland. Glasgow is the largest city in Scotland and its cultural capital.
